These Terms of Use govern your use of the THE GHOOD FOUNDATION’S website. By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this Policy. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the THE GHOOD FOUNDATION.

In order to process your donation via our “Donate Online” page we require limited personal information. We use this information to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes. In addition, your contact information will be placed on our mailing list. If you do not wish to be included in our direct mail or email donor communications, please specify in the comment box of the donate page before you submit your donation. THE GHOOD FOUNDATION is grateful for the donations we receive that help us to continue our valuable work. It is important to us that the information you give to us when making an online donation remains secure. Your credit card information is secured by a reputable security company. The information is used only for that particular transaction and is not stored.
RETURN POLICY

THE GHOOD FOUNDATION’S Web server automatically recognizes, but does not collect or use your domain name (IP address). THE GHOOD FOUNDATION anonymously tracks your visit in order to compile statistical information about the use of our website.
